Zen Meditation Workshop


The primary practice in Zen Buddhism is "zazen", which means "sitting meditation." The purpose of zazen, fundamentals of posture, and specific techniques will be discussed. The workshop includes a period of meditation followed by the opportunity to ask questions. No previous experience (or beliefs) are necessary. Meditation cushions, benches and chairs will be available. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
